This commercial water damage was unique because it occurred in a full warehouse. During many jobs, we will remove the contents from the affected rooms, but that is not always possible or necessary. As demonstrated in these pictures. Instead the drying plan will include both protecting and drying the contents at the location as well as removing all the remaining excess moisture from the room with the items there. At this job the plan allowed for a quick turn around to enable this commercial business to get back to work quickly.
